Expedia gets top marks from Australian travellers
Expedia.com.au has swept the board, taking out the majority of categories for Canstar Blue’s inaugural Most Satisfied Customers award for online accommodation bookings.
Canstar Blue surveyed 2,500 Australian consumers across a range of categories to measure and track customer satisfaction. The survey compared Wotif.com.au, Webjet.com.au, Lastminute.com.au, Hotel.com.au and Expedia.com.au.

Demi Kavaratzis appointed as Expedia’s Head of Transport, Australia and New Zealand
Online travel company, Expedia, has announced the appointment of Demi Kavaratzis as Head of Transport, Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, Demi is responsible for managing and growing Expedia’s commercial relationships with airlines, car hire companies, insurance providers and tour suppliers in Australia and New Zealand.
